MAKING A GOOD BUSSINESS!!!!!

starting a bussiness is not hard, continuing is the big deal. you can start a bussiness with even $1000 of capital. but if you dont understand the senario you cant carry on with that. you will be ending up with losses. its very important to know how to manage the bussiness.

Managing means, not only balancing the assests and liabilities. it means each and every single part of the bussiness. you should analys the reslt before you take a decision. you should know the result when you take the step. then only you will endup with the right decision.

when we talk about a right decision, it is any decision which is benificial for a company.

a bussiness can be started with few people, some amount of capital and a goal. a goal is very important in a bussiness. you should have a goal before you take any step of the bussiness.

target up for something and then fight for it, then there wont be any point of loosing.


some of the bussiness people think that once if they start they will be making profits. but making profits is not that easy. let me tell you a very simple theory of profit. with no doubt in accounting a profit is the "difference between the revenue and expenditure." but on the other hand they dunno how hard it is to balance them. most of the time there expenditure exceeds there revenue and they face the losses. it happnes when they mismanage them.

there are few tricks to manage in a successfull bussiness.


  • never underestimate your expenditures, besides overestimate them and underestimate all of your revenues.

  • always keep the owner and the bussiness separate.

  • never make your personal life interfere in your bussiness.

  • its always wise to keep your employees happy. because happy people are very productive.

  • make sure you maintain your products or service in good quality. ( in most of the standard modern company, they practice TQM approach.)

othere than all these, there is a very important point.


finding out customer requirements and satisfying them.Technologically, the most developed country , use this trick in their bussiness. rather than producing something and selling them at their price, they go to the customers. make a research, ask them what they want, and at what pice will they buy it.?? and then they deduct their profit out of the price and find out their cost for a perticular product. and finally they produce it and make it available.


tips to motivate your emplyees:


its not a hard task to motivate your employees or make them productive.



  • make them happy

  • involve them in decisionmaking, so that they feel their imporatance for you.

  • give them promotions

  • give them challanging work

  • provide them with nice desks and offiece

  • make sure their working envirounment is satisfiable

  • understand them well

  • give them opportunities, give them chance to make something on their own

  • provide training

  • give them holidays

  • keep good relation with their family

  • make them feel that they are one of you

once you satisfy them i am sure you will always have a good productive company.
