starting a bussiness is not hard, continuing is the big deal. you can start a bussiness with even $1000 of capital. but if you dont understand the senario you cant carry on with that. you will be ending up with losses. its very important to know how to manage the bussiness.

never underestimate your expenditures, besides overestimate them and underestimate all of your revenues.

always keep the owner and the bussiness separate.

never make your personal life interfere in your bussiness.

its always wise to keep your employees happy. because happy people are very productive.

make sure you maintain your products or service in good quality. ( in most of the standard modern company, they practice TQM approach.)

othere than all these, there is a very important point.

finding out customer requirements and satisfying them.Technologically, the most developed country , use this trick in their bussiness. rather than producing something and selling them at their price, they go to the customers. make a research, ask them what they want, and at what pice will they buy it.?? and then they deduct their profit out of the price and find out their cost for a perticular product. and finally they produce it and make it available.
